Returns & Exchanges

At Ploumanac'h, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Italian atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
